The sculptures from waste rubber are created by the Chinese master Cao Shengge. Thanks to his work, characters from fantastic films, computer games and myths appear on the territory of the village of the master.

Sculptures made of old tires exceed human height in height. They are distinguished by high detailing of individual elements.

First, Cao Shengge creates a metal case. Then he "builds up" rubber parts on it. Often you have to adjust the final part of the sculpture for a long time. This is due to the fact that many elements require revision already during gluing.

Large sculptures are usually assembled by a master for about a month. They usually take up to a hundred tires. But this is only part of the whole work. It all starts with the creation of a three-dimensional model, which is preceded by a selection of photographs of existing characters or their drawings. This is how Venom, Erena, Alien and Godzilla were created.

Cao Shengge places the finished works in his own yard, replenishing his museum. He gives some of them to his friends. And sometimes the works of the master become local attractions. For example, a sculpture that depicts the fight between Godzilla and Kong, created from a thousand tires, has become an adornment of Xingtai city.

Cao Shengge has been creating rubber characters since 2015. After graduating from the specialty "Graphic design".

But even without special training, you can start creating amazing things. It is enough to purchase the necessary materials. For example, in the section "Accessories for sewing and needlework".
