China presented the project of a new spacecraft

The Chinese people have long been famous for their ability to create copies of successful products in the world. And this applies to all areas of production. Recently, engineers from the “Celestial Empire” spoke about a new creation - a comic ship. The idea of ​​the project is very similar to Starship, which was developed by Elon Musk.

According to Wang Xiaojun (head of science academy), the design of the ship is futuristic. Equipped with two pairs of rudders with an aerodynamic principle of operation. The ship will land in a horizontal position. Thanks to this, fuel consumption during braking will be minimal.



The upper part of the ship is an almost complete copy of the American counterpart. But the lower part has undergone significant changes. In SpaceX, lattice rudders act as stage stabilizers. And in the Chinese version, devices in the form of wings are used for this, located in the upper and lower parts of the structure. This solution has a lower cost compared to the American version. The new ship will operate on methane-oxygen. The device is capable of delivering about 20 tons of cargo into orbit.
