Modern house with stunning views of the forest

This modern residence is located near San Francisco. Employees of the Studio EYRC Architects worked on the project. The house, which was given the name Spring Road house, is located on a hill. The building is surrounded by forests growing on the hills.

The customer wanted his house to be simple, very concise and at the same time modern. Everywhere there are clear straight lines, the proportions are carefully thought out and balanced. The main task of designers and architects was to find a Golden mean between privacy and openness.

Natural materials and restrained colors were chosen for the interior design. The main materials were glass, wood, concrete and black metal. In the kitchen put a large glossy tiles. In the living room put a corner sofa, adding his tables and chair. The terrace is decorated with a long fireplace. Guest bedrooms, a garage, a Laundry room, a gym and a sauna provide maximum comfort.
