Польща,  1943 року. З іноземними знаками тут складно.  Проблемно довести їх оригінальність,  попит низький, відповідно ціна.  Ця медаль відома у трьох варіантах по металу. Ваша, схоже по фото, бронзова.

Да, это, оригинал " Ленино" в бронзе, в нормальном состоянии стоил бы 150-200$, в этом состоянии - сувенир...
