True mastery can only be verified by deed. New York-based florist artist Lewis Miller creates beautiful floral arrangements from street trash cans. Lewis calls his work "flower flashes" and places it throughout the city.

With his team, this florist specializes in festive decorations. Most often these are weddings. After such celebrations, as a rule, many flowers remain. In order not to throw them in the trash, Lewis and his team decorate garbage cans throughout New York.

Multi-colored bouquets look very unusual on the gray American streets. You could even say that they are in very contrast with them. And, if earlier floral arrangements pleased only Lewis customers and their guests, now New Yorkers who are rushing about their business enjoy these bouquets.

But not only garbage bins attract artists. They also adorn small architectural forms - statues, busts and monuments.

As Lewis himself says, flowers make everything more beautiful.
