Motokolyaski, or "disabled women" - a product of the Soviet automobile industry. Although such vehicles were produced outside the USSR. But they did not differ much beauty. However, they have become a legend.

In the well-known picture of Leonid Gaidai “Operations “Y” and other adventures of Shurik”, the hero Evgeni Morgunova rode a C-3A motorized car. The younger generation managed to catch the S-3D model with eerie chopped forms cracking all over the street.

Such cars were issued free of charge to people with disabilities for a period of 5 years. After 2.5 years it was possible to repair it for free, and after another 2.5 years - to replace it with a new one. “Disabled women” of all generations were built at the Serpukhov motorcycle plant.

The very first Soviet motorized car - SMZ S-1L (1952−1956). In addition to the basic version, there was a modification of the SMZ S-3L with a more powerful IZH-49 engine (produced from 1956 to 1958).
