Vaishali and Nayan - couples from India, have an unusual hobby. They create miniature bird figures from paper. As the artists themselves say, they do this to show the whole diversity of the bird world. How complicated and unusual they are.
To give the figures volume, Vaishali and Nayan use multilayer paper. Having created the frame, it is painted. Each layer is cut out and painted by hand. Moreover, the master does not use a magnifying glass in principle. The colors of the birds exactly match their real prototypes.
On average, a couple spends from 4 to 8 hours to make one miniature. It all depends on the size, complexity of coloring and detail. The smallest products of the masters do not even reach 2 centimeters.
Vaishali and Nayan decorate some of their products with twigs or nests. To do this, they use all the same paper. Although friends advise them to turn to natural materials - branches, leaves and grass.
Indian artists promote their work through social networks. As a matter of fact, all beginner masters do this.
