Hobbies sometimes take many different forms. The network has pictures of a fairy-tale house, which resemble illustrations from the books "The Hobbit, or There and Back" or "The Lord of the Rings." It's about the hobbit dugout.
The creator of this unusual building is the uncle of the user who posted the photo of the house on the network. The house was built in the mid-1980s in a Scottish village, the landscape of which is perfectly suited to its interior.
Outside, a small wooden building is almost completely covered with moss. It merges with the scenery of the surrounding places. Stuart Grant, an ardent tolkino player, built a small pond, a water mill, and a garden with paths on his plot.
The entrance to the house is decorated with a small wooden door. Strictly speaking, as expected for a hobbit hole. Low ceilings, squat furniture, miniature dishes - it feels like you really live in the Shire. And your neighbors are halflings.
Despite its somewhat fabulous origin, this house is quite suitable for living. For example, a fireplace in the center of the main room not only heats, but also serves as an oven. Shelves and cabinets - convenient for storage, electrical appliances - in working condition. Even plumbing - perfectly copes with its tasks.
Come and live.
