Google Project Zero experts have identified the source of malware malware for the iPhone. He is considered the largest in history.

Several sites were discovered at once that distributed malware for iPhone users. According to cybersecurity expert Ian Beer, it hit all devices without exception from which infected sites were visited.

A set of five separate and complete exploit chains has been identified that affect iPhone with operating systems from iOS 10 to iOS 12. This may indicate that attackers have tried to access the iPhone through malware over the past 2 years.

After visiting the site, software was downloaded to the smartphone, which stole information from the phone, and also sent information to the attackers about the location of the gadget every minute.

There is no exact data on the number of users susceptible to attacks.
