Designers creatively rebuilt the old Lviv apartment

An old apartment in Lviv with an area of ​​35 square meters became an incentive for the development of creative ideas of the design studio Replus Design. Read about what happened in the end.

An old apartment on the ground floor in Lviv Khrushchev was to be repaired. Its owners wanted to improve and expand their housing space. The forces of the Replus Design specialists did this in a completely unusual way: a miniature attic apartment was created.

The apartment was located in the city center in an old brick building. And the designers were given the task of rebuilding housing for a young family. The authors of the project were guided by the principles of simplicity and minimalist solutions. They invested in the apartment modern trends and the soul of its owners.

Most of the updated housing is made in the loft style. But due to the size of the apartment, the designers had to use every centimeter. In essence, a single space was obtained, divided into zones.

Due to the high ceilings, a mezzanine with a sleeping area was built. Cabinets are placed under it. The result was a spacious living room with panoramic windows and a set of built-in furniture.

The owners of the apartment are architects Badzyan Kristina and Dmitry Sorokevich. The couple wanted to add their own touch to interior design, but not get rid of the details of the old structure. Many elements of furniture are created according to the sketches of the authors.
