A terrible dream of a vegetarian: a sausage hotel was opened near Nuremberg

This sausage-style hotel is a 40-minute drive south of Nuremberg in the small town of Ritersbach. He met his first guests in 2018. For exactly one year, he opened his doors to lovers of traditional Bavarian food.

Its owner is 48-year-old Klaus Bebel. Before the opening of his hotel, he was engaged in meat and sausage. In his shop, the man worked as a butcher. But in Bavaria you will not surprise anyone with this occupation, and so Klaus decided to try his hand at the hotel business. But judging by the surroundings of this place, the former butcher did not really change his preferences.
