The Spanish artist has opened a completely new genre of street art. A.L. Crego manages to turn paintings on the walls of houses, shops, factories and other structures into mesmerizing animated photographs.

These works are more his hobby than his main occupation. Therefore, he does not give him as much time as he would like. Fantastic creations A.L. Crego literally opens the door to another world, demonstrating in places a frightening alternative reality.

The artist is interested not only in street art as a direction in creativity. More recently, one of his works won a competition held by the Europeana online library. The Spaniard decided to combine a picture of Hans Andersen Brandekild "Worn out" and a photo engraving by Edward Maybridge "A naked man digging with a pickaxe".

At this stage A.L. Crego participates in dozens of projects simultaneously. He acts as a graphic designer in preparing the music of his friends, creating music videos. He takes an active part in exhibitions throughout Europe.

A year ago, the Spaniard was invited to Creença, an art residence curated by Void Projects and hosted by Konvent in Barcelona. He was one of 50 other guests. There he presented a joint project with the sculptor Joaquín Jara.
