Porsche showed how their electric car factory works

The manufacturing process for the latest Taycan electric vehicles has been revealed by Porsche. They showed how and how everything works for them.

The release of the first production Porsche electric car was announced in 2019. Taycan is the first such vehicle in the company's history. Its release was launched at the factory in Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen, where once the iconic sports cars 356 and 911 appeared.

Especially for the production of electric vehicles, the production process, it was decided to somewhat transform. The traditional assembly line was equipped with unmanned conveyors. This increased the flexibility of the plant in terms of the production of vehicles of various modifications.

The factory in Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen will be the site of assembly not only of the Taycan electric car. It will also create electric wagons Porsche Cross Turismo. The company plans for 2022 to invest more than € 6 billion in the production of electric vehicles.
