At the Tokyo Motor Show, another Toyoda Flesby III rubber car will be unveiled.
Toyoda Gosei, an automotive component supplier affiliated with Toyota, continues to develop its own line of futuristic vehicles. Following the first car presented in 2015, the Toyoda Flesby II was launched in 2017. At the end of this year, the company plans to release a third version.
The main feature of the new vehicle is a rubber-plastic body. Its panels are capable of changing depending on the situation on the road. It is also much safer in terms of accidents.
The novelty is equipped with an innovative interaction system. However, detailed information about this option has not yet been disclosed.
In addition to this concept car in Tokyo, other technical developments of Toyoda will be presented. Among other things, a modular grille, which combines an LED screen, a camera and a radar for unmanned vehicles.
