Unusual twins were born in the UK. Their weight does not exceed the weight of a 0.5-liter water bottle. Joe weighs 429 grams and Ashley weighs 403 grams

The smallest twins were born at 23 weeks. Doctors said that these babies had a minimal chance of survival. But parents hoped for the best. And a miracle still happened.

Thalia and Oliver Kitts are a couple from the UK who got these unusual kids. When Talia began to have problems while bearing children, she was asked to terminate the pregnancy. But the woman refused. And only when she got the water left, she had to give birth on an emergency basis, reports The Sun the words of medical consultant Paul Mannix.

Mannix said that Joe was born naturally, and Ashley - using a cesarean section. Children had very little chance of survival. But the doctors fought for their lives as best they could. The kids spent 4 months in intensive care.

After 129 days of intensive care, they were transferred to ordinary wards. They were able to visit their parents. And literally 2 months ago, Joe and Ashley arrived home. They are doing well now. They even suit clothes for kids of their age.
