A pastry chef from Kharkov blew up the Internet with her masterful desserts and cakes. The 28-year-old girl is an architect by education, and her hobby is confectionery. As an architect, Dinara literally “builds” his cakes and pastries, according to ARCHID.
“I am trying to combine architecture, design and a pastry shop,” says Dinara. “A beautiful cake, like an interesting building, needs a preliminary design. It is necessary to work with form, volume, composition, proportions, color and texture. ”
The main elements of the culinary art of Kharkiv women are “geometric primitives”, such as rectangles, circles and triangles. Their palette is bright, colorful. The girl works according to the principle known in architecture: “less is more” - a mantra with exciting simplicity.
