British fireman Matt Wright organized an original project called Hobbit House Ltd. Based on the recycling of plastic materials, he began to create copies of hobbit homes.
The design is easy to install anywhere and has all the necessary attributes, including an indispensable round door and a grass roof.
The exterior looks identical to the Bilbo Baggins House of the Lord of the Rings, with a round wooden front door and a garden roof, but there are no restrictions on the shape and size of the Hobbit house.
Thanks to the modular system, you can create different designs of hobbit houses, T, Y or X, in accordance with different needs. Structures use recycled plastic to create high density polyethylene, without the necessary concrete bases.
Through the use of renewable sources such as solar and geothermal energy, the hobbit houses are self-sufficient (but can also be connected to the electrical system of the house).
