Decorator Adele Denis is not afraid of dark tones: in her apartment of the Ottoman period, she demonstrated all the expressiveness and elegance of dark walls.

As soon as the door closed behind the decorator, she realized that the impressive library of light wood, occupying a significant part of the living room, just must be black - against this background, decor items and works of art look very impressive. This dictated the choice of other decorative elements.

The story of the apartment begins with a hall, the dark walls of which are complemented by elegant parquet. The long corridor became an elegant room, a feeling of splendor which was presented by large family dressers painted in the color of the walls, and a small sofa in black and white upholstery with a tropical pattern. The walls are decorated with paintings.

In the living room, the tone sets a spectacular contrast between light and dark: part of the room is decorated in the form of black niches intended for the exhibition of wooden and ceramic products. Niche echoes the dark carpet on the parquet floors.

Most of the walls are painted white - this creates a visual contrast and makes the room airy. Light upholstered furniture of laconic forms, tables with thin legs and equally expressive lamps give the interior an amazing lightness and grace.
