Toyota presented its new development. It became a robot that is used for medical purposes.

Toyota showed a robot called Welwalk WW-2000. It helps paralyzed patients to walk.

The device, presented by the corporation, is a design that is used for the active flexion and extension of the joints, as well as their scrolling, informs the company's website.

Welwalk WW-2000 can function in real time. You can also choose a game that further motivates the patient to move. It captures progress and recognizes atypical movement.

The robot will help reload the rehabilitologists, because the direct participation of a specialist in the rehabilitation of the patient is not necessary. It should only oversee Welwalk WW-2000.
