Jill Bruwell from Australia creates sculptures from wooden blocks. His creations symbolize the human mind and everything connected with it.
The Australian decided to demonstrate his vision of the human mind in the project “Bends of lines”. Each sculpture consists of multi-colored wooden bars forming amazing images, according to the artist’s website.
According to the author’s idea, each layer symbolizes the level of the mind, and all elements represent the diversity and depth of all mental activity.
Some of the objects created by Jill Bruwell are decorated in a recognizable style. Others take the form of abstract figures, which allows each person to see something different.
Jill Bruwell was born in Australia, but grew up in southern France. He currently resides in Wimberley, Texas. Represented by many galleries around the world, this sculptor is widely exhibited and receives numerous awards.
