Innovative glasses that astronauts from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration will soon be able to use, support 8K resolution.
The new headset is able to provide "the highest quality image available today." It will be used exclusively for the needs of NASA, the Department of Defense and the U.S. Navy. Most likely, it won’t go on free sale,
reports Engadget.
According to experts, the XTAL model received improved rendering, an AR mixed-reality module and improved lenses, which significantly increase image detail. Even the basic version, which is designed for NASA astronauts, allows you to see tiny letters on the keyboard.
Innovative glasses are equipped with eye tracking and the ability to interact with VR using gaze, voice commands or gestures. Gesture control is done thanks to two Leap Motion sensors integrated under the headset.

held a presentation of OLED displays that will be used in cars, planes and trains. Acquaintance with the new products took place at CES 2020.
