The apartment in a prestigious area of Curitiba, Brazil, was designed by Julian Marchiorato from the studio Giuliano Marchiorato Arquitetos. The inspiration for the architect was kites - their bright colors and wooden structures.

This project arose because of the desire of a young couple to have a bright and modern housing. They expressed their preferences to the architect and he realized them, reports "Archidea".

Julian Marchioratu turned to wooden structures, light and bright colors in the design. One of the main shortcomings of the apartment, in his opinion, was an unsuccessfully designed staircase. But she also managed to beat her - monolithic steps made of artificial stone without a single seam were designed, which were painted yellow.

In addition to the stairs, attention is drawn to the wall decoration with wooden relief panels - a reference to the frame of a kite. It is also repeated on the facade of the cabinet and wall cabinet in the dining room, "dissolving" against the background of the wall. And the shade of wood echoes the color of the kitchen.

The architect believes that the housing he designed can be attributed to minimalism, which can become the basis of modern Brazilian life.

Previously, designers shared tips regarding the choice of sofas in 2020. They talked about models and colors of furniture that will be popular.
