To make cookies you need: flour - 400 g; eggs - 1 pc.; baking powder - ¼ tbsp; butter - 220 g; vanillin or vanilla essence; transparent candies of different colors; confectionery topping; sugar or prepared sugar syrup; cookie cutters.

Sugar, eggs and vanillin must be added to the butter. Beat everything well. Flour should be mixed with baking powder and add to the oil and egg mixture. The result is a dough that looks like a crumb. After brief kneading, it goes overnight to the refrigerator.

Taking the dough out of the refrigerator, you need to form cookies out of it. Each must have a hole for the filling - caramel. In a preheated to 170 degrees oven for 10 minutes put a baking sheet with cookies.

After that, put caramel in the center of each cookie and put in the oven for another 7 minutes. During this time, the caramel should melt, forming a "glass". In the center of every second identical cookie sprinkle is poured and sugar syrup in several places. Two halves are held together. After the sugar syrup has dried, the cookie is ready to eat.
