Pippa Durlag's hobby is incredibly detailed paper carving. The British artist depicts everything that surrounds her.
To create the next masterpiece, the girl needs only three things — paper, scissors and inspiration. If the first two difficulties do not arise, then the third is not so simple, the artist writes on her site.
Pippa believes that inspiration is the hardest part of the process. But, fortunately, she lives among the nature of Yorkshire, and a walk through the picturesque countryside immediately gives the artist a lot of ideas for the next paper composition.
Among the images that the Briton carves, there are very real objects and creatures. But since Pippe doesn’t occupy himself with fantasy, fairy-tale dragons, magical landscapes and invented characters appear among the works.
Another one
hobby recently wrote OXO. Japanese, Akie Nakata, paints river stones. A woman creates amazingly detailed images of animals and birds.
