Joint Stock Company Ukrainian Railways launched a new channel of communication with passengers through a Facebook messenger.
The new contact center will allow Ukrazaliznytsya customers to address questions, comments and suggestions regarding the work of the country's main railway carrier, according to its official Facebook page.
You can now contact the contact center not only by calling 0800-50-3111, but also by sending a message on the social network.
Information about the new communication channel through the Facebook messenger caused a lot of comments from users.
