Sony introduced a new budget smartphone with an extended screen
Sony introduced its development — an inexpensive smartphone with a screen in the aspect ratio of 21:9. The novelty was called Xperia L4.
Sony's new development is highlighted by a 6.2-inch LCD screen with HD + resolution and an unusual aspect ratio of 21:9. Externally, the gadget seems to be somewhat elongated vertically, writes "Popular mechanics."
Among other things, the authors of the device equipped it with a triple rear camera, which includes a main 13-megapixel module, an ultra-wide 5-megapixel module and a 2-megapixel camera. At the top of the screen is an 8-megapixel selfie camera.
Xperia L4 received a MediaTek Helio P22 chipset with three gigabytes of RAM; the amount of permanent memory is 64 gigabytes. The device has a 3.5 mm headphone jack. The fingerprint scanner is on the side. The device’s battery has a capacity of 3,580 mAh.
The device will appear on the market approximately this spring. Its price is still unknown.
