Children have a rich imagination and show it anywhere: at home, in the garden and at school, on the Playground. Some parents worry that their kids are beginning to lie, invent non-existent friends, write fairy-tale stories that replace reality. And often there are thoughts that such a child will eventually manifest mental disorders, and even develop schizophrenia. However, before you run to the doctor, it should be noted that the solution to the problem may lie not in pills and therapy, but in changing the behavior of parents.

Escape from reality into a fictional world is an escape from the problems faced by children. This happens when their boundaries are violated: adults enter the room without asking and put things in order without warning; interrupt at half-word; acquire what they consider necessary for the child, without asking him. In an imaginary world, everything is subordinated to the baby, and an attempt to take away the last refuge can only aggravate the situation.

So, it is worth remembering that excessive children's imagination is not a problem. On the contrary, it is a kind of protective mechanism that can show that something is happening not in the baby, but around him. Please reconsider your attitude, because even Hyper can lead to unpleasant consequences. Try to define the boundaries, take care that the child has not been underestimated self-esteem, let him speak and do not ignore. We communicate with other adults differently than with children, and kids see it.
