Elon Musk, an American entrepreneur, inventor and billionaire, in spite of a ban from California authorities, launched the Tesla plant. He stated that he would be on the assembly line with the workers and, in the event of an arrest, requested that the penalties apply only to him.

Prior to this event, the billionaire planned to relocate Tesla's headquarters and production from California to Texas or Nevada. This would deprive staff of jobs and tax revenues.
Musk is considered the most ardent supporter of quarantine removal. He stated that panic because of coronavirus is "stupid." And he would like to start work immediately and bear all the responsibility for the production himself.
“I will be on the assembly line with everyone else. If someone is arrested, I ask that it be just me,” Musk wrote on his Twitter.
