The building is located in the center of the street and faces windows in all directions. Due to this, a fragmentary layout is formed in each apartment. Therefore, architects discovered the inner space.

The architects of KC Design Studio believe that residents often feel the inconvenience of using space. “We fill the fragmented areas with the service functions of the residence to create a complete and open public and private space,” they say.

The design point of the open space is the layering, which in the language of the authors of the project means “communication and openness of the living room, dining room and kitchen”, which will be felt when entering the house from the balcony.

Through the furniture and the created interior design corresponding to each space, from the exterior to the interior, from the front to the back, various materials or heights of furniture are used to represent a rich but not loaded space.

The gray concrete texture serves as the basis for space. The use of wood, iron parts, terrazzo and striped glass creates a soft and vibrant tone that is adorned with gold metal details to add sophistication.
