The landscape is incredibly detailed — a hobby of a resident of Great Britain Olivia Kemp. She creates large-scale images that combine her memories of Norway, Italy and Scotland and fantastic places that exist only in the imagination of the artist.

Each picture of Olivia is a kind of collage of intriguing images, witty details and mysterious symbols. Their works are reminiscent of the engravings by Albrecht Dürer or the hidden drama of the etching by Gustave Dore, informs This is colossal.

British landscapes are a neighborhood of the bizarre and ordinary. The houses built on trees form isolated towns. Abandoned cars, scrap metal dumps. Wastes. There are also fantastic places and creatures.

“I draw not only to understand the landscape, but also to rethink and remake it. I create worlds and imaginary places. This covers everything: from the general plan of the landscape to the smallest details of the earth, plants and animals that can inhabit it,” says the artist.

An architect from Colombia works in a similar style. David Morales creates stunning sketches of the world. During his travels, he makes sketches of architectural structures, landscapes, people, animals and even food.
