In January 2019, the startup Timekettle will release a bluetooth headset WT-2, which is able to translate the conversation from one language to another. The headset is a part of the system, which also includes a charging case, battery and a special application. The battery charge is enough to operate the device for two hours. Headphones are automatically connected to the smartphone after opening the case.
The gadget works in three modes: standard, question and answer mode, in a noisy environment. The language of communication must be selected in the application. The owner can use English, French, Chinese and Japanese. Later they plan to add a few more languages, including Portuguese and Arabic.
