Peter, the Northern capital, used to see strict, cold and somewhat distant. Local artist and photographer Vadim Solovyov was able to go against generally accepted ideas with the help of his hobby.

Vadim Solovyov organically fits birds, animals, insects, and in some cases even mechanisms, into the surrounding landscapes. Ready-made collages look almost authentic, writes Big picture.

It is quite obvious that the St. Petersburg artist is tired of the reputation of St. Petersburg as a gray, rainy and academically strict city. And, as it turned out, to revitalize it, it is enough to add something unusual to the streets.

Earlier, OXO wrote about a designer from New York, Julia Pidlubnyak, who, using the 3D Max program, recreates world famous masterpieces in the form of voluminous illustrations. From the illustrations, the girl removed all human figures, thus focusing her attention precisely on the environment and landscape.
