Doctors from the Center for Public Health advise against drinking tea, coffee and alcohol in hot weather. This will help to avoid dehydration on hot days.
Drinking enough water will help prevent dehydration. And its first sign is thirst, which occurs when the body loses water. Under normal conditions, it is easier to avoid than recover from dehydration later, according to the Facebook page of the Center for Public Health.
It is noted that the causes of dehydration can be increased sweating at high body temperature and the environment; with increased physical exertion; reduced fluid intake; some diseases that are accompanied by fluid loss; food poisoning; thermal and solar shocks.
Doctors from the center recommend drinking about 2-3 non-carbonated clean water, which should be drunk in small portions.
