Utensils from Bernardaud with works of avant-garde artist

Bernardaud company turned to the work of many famous artists, transferring their work on their products – porcelain. Recently, the grandson of avant-garde Joan Miro came to the designers and shared his original drawings to put them on the snow-white surface of the dishes.

The artist's works are similar to graphic signs, symbolizing the stars, the moon, the sun. Some resemble notes, others are similar to Chinese characters, others are similar to runes. Employees Bernardaud had to work hard for several months to reproduce on plates the original book illustrations created by Joan Miro.
