American automaker Lordstown Motors unveiled its first electric car, Endurance. The presentation took place at its own plant in Ohio.
The car itself has four engines with a total capacity of 600 horsepower. The company estimates that Endurance will be able to travel up to 402 kilometers without recharging.
The electric truck has Goodyear off-road tires, and the wheels are equipped with internal elements that can even drive a truck. Hub motor systems are common features of electric concept cars, but none of these systems have been marketed yet.
The electric car will cost $ 52,500 before tax, and its first deliveries are expected in the summer of 2021.
