Attic is usually associated in all with clutter and darkness. Maryland resident Rodolfo Cabrera decided to surprise his wife by transforming him into a dressing room.

Rodolfo’s wife had long dreamed of a bright dressing room, where she could keep all her clothes, shoes, accessories clean and tidy. Over the years of married life, she has accumulated things in several rooms, writes Boredpanda.

An American has been working in the field of reconstruction and repair for 15 years, so rebuilding the old attic was only a matter of time and money for him. It took him three weeks and about 30 thousand dollars.

Rodolfo chose light colors for the new dressing room, so that the room seemed as wide as possible. He modeled furniture based on cabinets and shelves. He also made a staircase that connected the main rooms with a new wardrobe.

Recently architects from Archiplan studio transformed attic to a beautiful apartment. This project included an investment in the attic of the building to increase the residential apartment below.
