Stylish apartment from the old office

It took Ioa Studio one year to turn a boring dilapidated office into a warm home with an individual design. Australian designers have freed the room from the accumulated debris and removed the suspended ceilings to create a sense of space. The main tool of planning became semicircular partitions, which divided the space into several zones.

In the process of reconstruction of the building workers faced various difficulties: crumbling bricks, outdated downspouts, located in the future bedrooms. After many days of work, all obstacles were removed, and the interior got a new life.

For the decoration of the rooms, the designers chose the objects of a soft palette. The dining and living areas are separated by a velvet curtain. The old brick contrasts interestingly with smooth concrete floors and white walls.
