Berlin artist turns into an alien with makeup (Photo)

The surreal makeup is used by a Berlin artist working under the pseudonym Hungry. And her own body serves as a canvas.

The images that the German woman creates are frightening at the same time, because there is something unearthly in them. But most of all Hungry loves to put on makeup that turns her into a creature from another galaxy or another dimension,

A makeup artist's hobby is a way of self-expression. Hungry believes this is her way of making a mark on history. It is possible that this will work out, because more than half a million users have subscribed to her Instagram page.

“It all started out as a hobby and then developed into something therapeutic. By the time I moved to the UK, I was already quite famous on the Berlin scene, partly because it was a small scene at the time, and partly because I brought something different into it,” says the artist.
