Computer game S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 from the Ukrainian studio GSC Game World was presented at the Xbox Games Showcase. The official website of the studio has already published its official trailer.
In the 1.5 minute cutscene, you can see Priyat and some anomalies that players will encounter. It also has stalkers who are resting near a fire, a bunker and a stalker itself, according to the studio's website.
According to Xbox, the second part of the game will be released on PC and Xbox Series X, and will also be free for Xbox Game Pass subscribers. As for the PlayStation 5, the legendary shooter will appear for it a little later.
Unlike the first part, the developers plan to open another world to the players in the second part. Each playthrough will be unique, and the game itself will be a "story with multiple outcomes." The developers also offer a simulation of the living world in which characters can interact even without the main player.
The game was announced back in 2010. The first advertising poster only appeared in 2019. But even now, after the release of the official trailer, the exact release date remains unknown.
Previously, MIT students recreated their campus at
