An innovative device designed to accelerate any electronic circuit was developed by a group of materials scientists from the United States. It was called the electroinjection laser.

The diode laser is based on germanium compounds. It can be used as a semiconductor material in circuits for various electronic devices, according to university websites.

According to scientists, their development will contribute to the creation of practical, lightweight and inexpensive electronic components. For example, computer chips or all kinds of sensors welding inverters.

The laser was tested by several teams of experts from the University of Arizona, the University of Massachusetts Boston, and Dartmouth College in New Hampshire. They wanted to move from theory to practice as soon as possible, so they engaged one of the semiconductor equipment companies.

At the moment, the laser is at the stage of test completion.

Yesterday it was reported that specialists from the United States were able to print on a 3D printer corals. So they plan to save the reefs from destruction.
