Flowing and leaky - fancy carpets of the artist from Azerbaijan

The hobby of an artist from Azerbaijan is creating unusual carpets. Faig Ahmed uses traditional weaving techniques in a non-standard way. He deliberately distorts them.

Visually, one gets the impression that Faig carpets are turning into flowing masses. They flow down like raindrops. Move in different directions. And sometimes they are even torn to pieces.

Many of the artist's works are closely related to genetic research, the field of physics, chemistry, history, sociology. According to the master himself, his work is quantum physics, reflected in carpets. Each knot for him is a pixel of a complex computer program, which is subject only to its creator.
