Small Daihatsu Copen Coupe decided to start production

In 2016, Daihatsu Copen Coupe – a small sports car, but not a production version, but only a concept-appeared in front of a wide audience. However, next year the Japanese manufacturer plans to put the car on the conveyor. The circulation is very small - it is planned to produce 200 cars.

Specifications are almost the same as the base Copen. Three-cylinder engine capacity of 0.66 liters and 62 HP drives the front wheels. Round front and rear lights are perfectly in harmony with the rounded shapes of the car. The company offers customers a considerable number of variants of the machine, so that the novelty is a kind of designer. As an option, you can buy a sports exhaust system and suspension with HKS. The classic trunk lid is missing. Instead, the engineers put the opening rear window, behind which is a niche for things.
