The handmade cookies are created by California resident Loria Stern. She combines flowers, sweets and bright food colors in her food experiments.

First, Loria bakes round cookies from shortcrust pastry. Then he moves on to decorate it. She adds dried flowers that she picks herself or buys from specialty stores.

In some cases, she "paints" her cookies with bright colors or supplements them with other sweets. It turns out that the circles of dough for a while become miniature canvases for improvised paintings.

The idea of ​​creating cookies in a peculiar way came to Loria during the design of a theme party related to flowers. And since she was a florist by her first education, the decision to combine flowers with cookies came by itself.

Loria recently started growing flowers in her own garden. And already the first "harvest" that she managed to collect, she used for cookies. With this, the American decided to demonstrate the safety and environmental friendliness of her unusual ingredients.
