IKEA and Byredo launch a collection of candles for the home
The Swedish company IKEA and the Byredo perfume brand presented a limited collection of aromatic candles. The line includes 13 fragrances.
Clay containers with lids were made for the candles. Moreover, in the design of each, a triangle is involved, referring to the idea of a sequence in human perception of smells. The top notes are replaced by heart notes, and ends with all base notes at the base of the triangle. The latter create the so-called train.
The idea of the new collection is based on the principle of invisibility. After all, it is believed that perception is influenced not only by the interior of the house, but also by its smells. More than 40% of those surveyed are sure that every house smells differently. This principle was duplicated in the name of the line.
Scented candles from the new collection should go on sale by the end of the month. They should appear in the company's retail chains around the world.
At the moment, it has not yet been revealed which fragrances will be presented in the line. The only thing mentioned is that Byredo fans will be very surprised.
