Installations in the form of marine animals are knitted by a master from Indonesia named Mulana. He hangs his works on strings, creating the illusion of movement.

For his art objects the Indonesian uses ordinary woolen threads, knitting needles and a crochet hook. The only feature is that it combines different colors. The finished products are very bright and attractive. This, according to Mulan, should look like marine life.

The master's arsenal includes octopuses, squids, and even coral reefs. Due to the technology of suspension and subsequent movement of separate parts of the knitted tentacles, tails and fins, the feeling is created that the products are alive.

It not only makes the knitted animal itself mobile, but also the world around it. Fish, corals, algae - everything comes to life. Even the water bubbles in places.

The Indonesian mater does not plan to stop there. He constantly comes up with new images, embodies them into reality. Also, Mulana never stops looking for knitting techniques he has never used before.

Among the most interesting projects that the master wants to implement is the creation of a large coral reef in miniature. But this lesson will take him, as he plans, more than one month of meticulous work.
