During testing of the new device,
meat of chicken, fish and beef were used. The “smart” nose was able to recognize low-quality products, as well as those products that are prone to decay, by 98.5%. And artificial intelligence played a primary role here.
According to one of the leading authors of the study, their innovative development has been tested very successfully in real conditions. Therefore, it can be used with packaging materials. Moreover, integrating the technology into them quickly and then using it is easy.
