The violin is an amazing musical instrument. It is often endowed with the ability to help a person express their feelings. In the case of great masters, their violin sings, cries, and even sometimes laughs.

The widespread use of this musical instrument fell on the 17th century. Even then, the first professional players began to appear.

In the 18th century, new generations of musicians began to appear. One of the brightest representatives is Giovanni Battista Viotti. Moreover, he was not only the author of musical compositions for violin, but also for other instruments.

Nicolo Paganini was a recognized genius. He was unusually talented - he masterly performed the most complex parts, discovered new techniques. Among other things, his work is considered one of the reasons that provoked the emergence of talented violinists practically throughout Europe in the 19th century.

The 20th century is considered the era of American violinists with Russian roots. They were called the greatest masters of their craft. Many of the musicians of those times were not only talented performers, but also teachers.

In the 21st century, new names appear, but when using new techniques of music-making, they do not forget the experience of past centuries.
