The lamp of unusual appearance and shape was assembled by the Mexican designer Manu Bagno. He made his presentation at one of the recent specialized exhibitions.

The lighting fixture is a construction made of stainless steel or brass, which are laser processed. Its parts were assembled with a rubber mallet and welded together. In fact, these are metal rectangle, circle and cylinder that are assembled together.

There is a LED lamp inside. To direct light from it, it is enough to turn the round metal screen. The latter can be rotated 360 degrees if necessary.

Manu Bagno uses industrial waste for his lamps. He selects metal sheets that have the least defects - chips, scratches, bends. This saves time on grinding and polishing future fixtures.

Another advantage of Mexican lighting fixtures is no waste. Its bulbs are sized to match the commercial metal plate format.

In total, Manu Bagno produced a series of 10-12 lamps, each of which is numbered and sealed with beeswax.

This is the first independent project of a designer who is an employee of a large Mexican architectural bureau.
