Painting with frescoes has become one of the means of decorating the building of the architectural office in Wroclaw. It was carried out as part of a large scale renovation project. Their author is Alicia Byala.

The series frescoes, created by the artist, took up almost 500 square meters of glazed surface. It is almost 10 meters high.

The theme of the frescoes in style corresponds to the architecture of the building itself, as well as local folklore.

It is noted that the architectural bureau expanded and renovated the building, built in the 19th century. It retained its historical appearance, but inside it was somewhat transformed. Now there is a place for coworking and outdoor events, a rooftop and indoor restaurant, lounges.

Alicia Byala plans for next year to paint the next floor with frescoes.

As the artist herself declares, when she creates on such a scale, she always imagines herself as a famous master from the past, who is entrusted with an important mission. Mission to restore the structure while preserving its historical past.

The staff of the architectural studio, who work in the painted building, were very inspired by the work of Alicia Byala. When the slightest fatigue arises, one glance at the frescoes is enough to make it disappear.
