A Russian needlewoman plays with felt toys. The items created by Anastasia Shulyak look very cute.

For her toys the needlewoman uses a special technique that makes them recognizable and unusual. Its essence lies in giving rounded shapes and visually highlighting details - legs, muzzle elements, wool.

Anastasia Shulyak draws ideas for her toys from books. She plays with fairy-tale characters, animals and birds, fantasy creatures. All of them turn out, despite sometimes negative roles, very good-natured.

Before starting work on one product, Anastasia Shulyak draws its prototype on paper. Already at the stage of sketches, the needlewoman adds elements of appearance to them. These can be horns, a mane, or a lush tail.

The woman then proceeds to prepare the coat. She treats it with a special compound, which, after completion of the work, allows the toy to keep its shape. Anastasia Shulyak does not forget about cleaning wool for felting. Sometimes she has to comb it out with a special comb.

The Russian needlewoman shows her works using social networks. In publications, she tells how she made this or that element, how much wool was gone and how to fit the toys into the existing interiors.
